FROM SEED TO CANOPY: OUR DELIVERY APPROACH
Mulberry Grove turns donations into shade, food, and skills through a clear, step-by-step process. We start with soil prep and water systems, then train volunteers as we plant rows of trees. Finally, we harvest, distribute, and report so funders see transparent results they can trust.
Define Outcomes First
We set clear targets for trees planted, pounds of fruit harvested, and learners trained. These outcomes are tracked from day one to ensure every donation is tied to results. Funders know exactly what their investment achieves.
Permits & Safety
All irrigation and planting work is done under Maricopa County compliance. Volunteers are trained for safety before each session. This makes the orchard lawful, secure, and funder-ready.
Water Stewardship
We use drip irrigation, mulching, and runoff management to conserve water. These practices reduce costs and extend the orchard’s resilience. Every gallon is accounted for in our reporting.
Plant & Train
Volunteers, veterans, and students work together to plant and care for trees. Each activity doubles as a training opportunity in desert agriculture. This ensures skills remain in the community.
Harvest & Distribute
Seasonal harvests supply families, food banks, and wellness programs. All produce is tracked by weight and distribution partner. The orchard feeds both people and purpose.
Report & Improve
Funders receive quarterly updates with photos, metrics, and stories. Transparency is built into every step. Feedback helps us refine and expand impact.
